This method is useful for designers and architects from a practical point of view:

space visualization allowsto see the future concept of the project, make the necessary changes at the stage of sketching;
having photorealistic images, it becomes possible to work out the elements of the interior in detail and to choose an appropriate decor;
a bright illustration can be presented to the customer as a visual result of a general artistic decision taking into account all his wishes;
perspective images are an integral part of the project, are used during the repair work and are necessary for the author's supervision.

What is necessary for work?

To start work it is necessary to send to the e-mail address of the studio info@applicata.xyz a technical task of the project to evaluate its cost and work completion time. The technical task for interior visualization includes the following documents and drawings:

plan of the room with furniture arrangement;
floor plan;
ceiling plan;
lighting plan;
wall elevation;
the list of the basic materials and textures which are used in the project with indication of their location;
the list of all pieces of furniture, appliances, lighting and decor with links to the 3d models library, manufacturers' sites or articles;
references with the same atmosphere that you want.

A detailed and correctly formulated technical task will allow to provide the customer the required result as quickly and clearly as possible. The experience of our studio will allow us to execute the project even in the absence of the full volume of required information; in this case the cost of implementation is individually negotiated.

Modelling of simple cabinet furniture, various built-in furniture is carried out individually according to the technical task and is included in the basic cost. Modeling of complex upholstered furniture, carved elements, stucco elements, etc. is paid separately; the cost of this work is negotiated individually with the customer, depending on the complexity and features of the technical task.

The main stages of the work:

1. The first preview.Due to the technical task the first sketch of the main volume of the stage without materials, textures and decor elements is performed. The image size is 1500px on the long side. The customer approves the correctness of geometry and project views, the first corrections are made. The adjustments include minor changes in finishes, furniture or decor. This stage can be skipped, we can immediately prepare images in color with materials and textures. After agreement of the first preview, the customer pays an advance payment for work at a rate of 50% of the agreed cost.

2. The second preview with materials, textures and basic elements of decor. The image size is 1500px on the long side. The materials and basic elements are being approved. The customer makes arrangements according to the second stage of adjustments.

3. The third preview with a full elaboration of details. The image size is 1500px on the long side. Final minor changes.

4. Final rendering of images.At the end of the work you get 4-6 perspective images with postprocessing of 1800px to 2560px on the long side (the characteristics of the final images are negotiated individually and can vary). Full payment for the project cost by the customer.

We are focused on mutually beneficial cooperation with customers and are interested in carrying out of any project. You can make changes at any stage, but within reasonable limits, no more than 2-3 times. The cost of these changes is included in the total cost of the project. Cardinal changes, for example, such as a complete change of furniture, a change in the design decision, a change in the size of the rooms or the modeling of additional complex furniture, are not included in the price and are paid separately.

Please note that we reserve the right to use the finished images created by us after the completion of the project for posting on various Internet resources in order to advertise our services and replenish the portfolio with the obligatory indication of a link to the authorship of the customer's architectural project. If confidentiality of the project is required this should be discussed before starting work.
